  • 3-channel campaign focusing on 60% USA and 40% India with the initial target being B2B SaaS which has 20 to 30 sales reps.
  • We used 3+ intent signals, such as gong users, active hiring for SDRs/BDRs, remote hiring, RevOps leaders using Salesforce CRM, etc., to tighten our targeting in India, resulting in 4 meetings in 30 days. 
  • For the USA market, we started off with exploratory research on LinkedIn to understand the messaging and positioning. This resulted in 4 exploratory meetings giving our client a launchpad for long-term partnerships in the USA. 

Results: 

With targeted outreach and messaging, we’ve helped establish them as a robust conversation intelligence platform in highly competitive target markets, successfully setting 15 meetings within 86 days.

We set out to achieve 12-15 discovery meetings by reaching out to a maximum of 5000 prospects from 1430 accounts in the pilot period. Our team achieved 15 fulfilled meetings in the pilot period.
