The objective of their engagement with Leadle Consulting was to set up a lead generation process in India and USA through an effective outbound campaign.

  • Shift in product positioning from the ease of user onboarding to AI copilot for feature adoption and enhancing customer experience resulted in better outcomes and improved response rates. 

 

  • To expand TAM, we tried expanding into Banking but challenge resonance was very low. 

  • For the US market, the direct selling approach didn’t work. Being a competitive market with many established players, we implemented an exploratory approach to gather product feedback from US-based product leaders. 

  • We then used these insights to build use cases for expansion into the US. 

Outcomes

With targeted outreach and messaging, we’ve helped establish them as a reliable adoption platform in highly competitive target markets, successfully setting 12 meetings within 90 days.

We set out to achieve 10 discovery meetings by reaching out to a maximum of 2000 prospects from 950 accounts in the pilot period. Our team ended up achieving 12 fulfilled meetings. [45 meetings till date]
