Lead Generation service for a location-based marketing platform
Zceppa is a location-based marketing platform that boosts offline traffic and sales by ensuring better online visibility and engagement across platforms.
They approached Leadle Consulting for a 3 channel lead generation service to target auto dealers and OEM industries with 5+ branches in India.
Zceppa faced difficulty in closing deals despite meeting lead targets through Leadle Consulting’s outbound efforts for several months. Proposals and discussions were not leading to closures, and the lack of data availability for the target segment made cold calling a challenge. The sector's unorganized nature further complicated matters.
To solve this challenge,Leadle Consulting suggested targeting an organized sector and Zceppa went ahead to the diagnostics industry, which was better organized, leading to faster movement of calls to proposal and closure stages. While the number of diagnostics companies was limited, they proved receptive to Zceppa's product.
Based on these campaign learnings, Zceppa shifted focus to chains of clinics, including maternity, IVF, skin and hair, dental, orthodontic, and cancer centers. As a result, They had a client on board for a trial period with Zceppa for 3 months.
With these campaign learnings, they further expanded their target to chains of hospitals, multispecialty, super specialist, and standalone hospitals to date.
The results have been impressive, with Zceppa achieving 38 calls in the first 6 months and around 21 meetings in the next 3 months targeting diagnostics. In the last quarter, they achieved 41 meetings targeting hospitals, multispecialty, super specialist, and standalone hospitals.
This was not a straightforward campaign by any means. Through Leadle Consulting's Discovery, Engagement, and Experience campaign, Zceppa has established a dominant geo-targeted presence and enhanced their reach by managing to close more deals. Their partnership with Leadle Consulting has also helped Zceppa scale up their team internally.
